Education / Work Experience: Exeter College:  Btec National Diploma in Sport & Outdoor Education  NVQ2 Outdoor Leadership
MMU Cheshire:  BSc  Outdoor Studies & Geography
Prior Outdoor Experience: Started work in an outdoor activity centre in Devon at the age of 15.  Worked for EF Tours as a team leader in 2005 and as a Freelance Instructor for World Challenge Expeditions during 2006-07.  Also worked part time at the Rope Race Climbing Wall, Marple whilst at University studying and also ran the university kayak club.

Simon LucasSimon Lucas

Education / Work Experience:
Prior Outdoor Experience: Very keen paddler from the age of 9.  And has always had an interest in the outdoors covering a wide variety of activities.
Other / General Info: Involved in informal coaching in a variety of kayaking disciplines for 7 years, it was after considering what I had been doing that I realised I wanted to go and get my ‘tickets’ in several outdoor sports.
Whilst at HA: Simon has gained his qualifications as a kayak instructor, canoe instructor, he is SPA and cave trained, with his cave & climb assessments coming up very shortly.  Simon has accepted a job as an instructor at High Adventure OEC starting in February 2008.
